Wow, 64% shortfall. I'm going to have to dig out the underwriting agreement and see what happens to the shortfall shares.

I need to figure out if the Woolies shares are included in this, since obviously they would not have taken up their entitlements. If they are included, then the 64% is kind of misleading, nobody expected they would have taken theirs.

Does not seem to match the overwhelming support at the AGM voting.
