The deal is also fantastic for management. Now they manage $320bn and their salaries will rise accordingly.

Not to mention the co-CEO situation. It sounds to me like at the discussion table neither CEO would back down. Not sure exactly how two, relatively unfamiliar people will work effectively in the most important job in the business.

I am a skeptic
