typed EPT in spark, trading $6, almost fell off my chair! for some reason, CUV came up when u type in EPT

one of the most eye-catching IPOs coming in the next three months, along with Dotz, Ultracharge, Neurotech and another nano tech company (cant remember name now). of course the gigantic Charter Hall long WALE too LOL

one of the factors I always looked at is very few choice of stocks if investors want exposure to the sector on ASX. I remember when AZK acquired brainchip, price shot up 60 times in a month. the only stock providing exposure to the AI sector at the time, so investors were left with no other choice.

Not many choices available on ASX if investors want to punt on the next RAP thats for sure
