I'm a tad concerned about the market cap of RAP. IMO it's gotten well ahead of itself and any negative news could see it come back to earth with a thud which will in turn impact EPT. I've seen this happen before with OSL which ran well ahead of itself and failed to deliver on investors high expectations.
RAP has been promoted extremely well so fingers crossed its not another OSL
