Just start mining, and stop the stalling tactics, eg: re-optimising the mine layout to take advantage of the stronger gold price. Just mine and stop the wine. Also Kerr and Elliott are really taking the proverbial, charging over $6,000 per week for serviced offices thru their company. This is on top of circa $3,000 per week they are paying themselves, so that's a gob smacking $6,000 each per week, for what?. Get on with it Kerr and stop the milking!
