Its actually Robert Cohen's Dynamic Fund buying CDV and AQI, Bank of Nova Scotia is the parent company.
Quite interesting these two videos in light of his positions in CDV and AQI.
note they invest mainly in larger cap, more liquid gold producers - with the kicker being "a few select development companies" where "we go as high up the quality chain as possible"
