If the loses from Urgent can be stemmed then EBIT this year will be at least 30% above last years result.
I believe the new BP contract will get them close in this regard.
I spoke to the company recently and they confirmed that Urgent will start recognising revenues from the BP contract from October and so it will assist the next results.
I also asked them about acquisitions and they said they have come very close to a couple of deals in recent times that for whatever reason never completed. They were confident that they would close a deal at some stage soon and not later than 6-12 months time.
My hope is that we get two positive events for the stock over the next year: 1) Urgent is returned to break even; and 2) a new profitable company is purchased. If we get both of these I see the stock price over 10c.
