They only pay once a year so long wait for next div/Last year they stuffed shareholders around & didnt pay a div at all after giving guideance they were going to/Rifkin followers were told to sell at i think .98 that held price down/ only one broker covers them so most people dont know they exist Having said that i continue to put any spare into them
