That small parcel of trading seems intentional to fill 467,980 @ 0.085.
Something like a tactic to induce to sell from existing holders by lowering its SP or sometimes up apparently.
It was originally 500,000 but only filled partial by other holders or himself/herself to fill in full, imo.
