Particularly liked the bit re gas which has kind of been a bit of an irritant previously as I kept thinking...what a waste for us...low CO2 emission hydrocarbon fuel...coal killer...big future demand...and then the above article...boom

In terms of stranded North Slope resources, Hendrix focused on the Alaska liquefied natural gas project.
“One of our biggest stranded resources that we have today is the North Slope gas,” he said. “We need to be in the game for that, and we need to do it economically.”

So to this point thought we will be using our gas resource for pressurising purposes as I understood it in 88e's context... but now hypothesising/presuming at the exhaustion of each well that the natural gas can be extracted (yep big presumption and just guessing here) which would mean if we can connect to the touted gasline that we not only have unconventional prospects but potentially 2 cherries on top...conventional....and the natural gas!
