    • Wilcherry project SA - acquisition & joint venture (AGS)
    • Deal with Tyranna Resources to acquire 51% equity in Wilcherry project for $2 million
    • Says alliance may acquire or subscribe for shares up to 19.9% of Tyranna's issued capital
