- Moly Mines offer to acquire gulf alumina (MOL)
- Entered into an offer implementation agreement with gulf alumina limited
- It is proposed that Moly will acquire all the issued ordinary shares in gulf
- Gulf's directors have unanimously recommended the offer
- Gulf shareholders who accept the offer will receive a combination of A$0.46 cash plus 1.4 Moly options for each gulf share they hold
