re: rights being snapped up..woooshh They are buying the rights because they intend to convert them.
If you bid 6 cents you will get quite a few, 7 cents even more. Try that in the shares and you will be lucky to get many without pushing the share price up.
They are also phoning larger shareholders I believe trying to buy a line of stock.
This is definately on someone's radar.
