Actually I think it's me who is wrong.
Apparently you are allowed to own a 5 litre still but only allowed to use it for distilling water and natural
oils . Need to delve into this a bit more.
Anyway I was only going to distill water................Firewater..........ha ha
NZ have some less draconian laws I believe
