Must say that I was initially annoyed that it was a CR when the announcement did not give that impression, however if Blue Ocean had approached BKT after DD and discussion and put a proposal to fund the Company with support into the future a la MNS, then Gabriel's line of "finalising a funding proposal" would have been accurate - still misleading nonetheless!
As Riskon posted, Blue Ocean are very bullish on MNS and appear to have a very thorough understanding of all aspects of the Company's progress to the end of producing game changing high purity concerntrate.
May be wrong, but it appears to me that they have performed their DD on BKT and having appraised the results approached the Company with the view of a long term relationship which would work for both parties and obviously we stock holders.
Rightly or wrongly, I regard this as a tick in the BKT box and a strong vote of confidence.
I have thought that the spherical results will be strong based on the purity of flake achieved by normal process and their thick crystalline structure, Blue Ocean's involvement now only further strengthens that view.
As DDZX said recently "premium spherical results can set BKT apart from the other graphite players and move it into the MNS class".
A series of potentially good announcements to be released over the next few short months.
Spherical results should come out anytime now and if they are as good as Blue Ocean should be betting on, we may all be smiling soon, and, forgive the ways of the Greeks
