Someone with a high level of integrity who knows exactly what's going on, that's called privileged information by the way, doesn't then resign from being the MD of a company and then the following day dump his entire holdings on the open market.
That is by the way fact, it is not speculation, it is absolute 100% factual, check the notice for yourself.
