I am not against a cap raise if it is for a valid purpose. The management has been nothing but outstanding so far. however, like I said everything is aligning well - Hows this for a theory
1: recent contract wins - steady positive news
2: broker presentations
3: probably announce freedom and some aged/ lifestyle contracts over next month.
By then will hit 44,000 rooms so first tranche of performance shares are released.
4: Cap raise for acquisition overseas - with increased liquidity and buzz, the share price will rerate higher.
