Unfortunately not Sailfish. The ASX Rules for Backdoor Listings have been tightened up.
No longer is a company able to trade up to a Shareholders Meeting.
There will be no trading of this stock until/if the acquisition of IMD actually takes place and the company re-complies with the ASX listing rules.
Next year more likely.
As James Buckley said "plenty of time for research" and there is a surprising amount there for a private company, if you are prepared to do the work.
