yup skinsy , very cheeky of you to ask questions of the board, after all your only a shareholder in the company......my money is on the new CEO improving the efficiency of collections - there is a lot of scope in this area .......
I have just added a further parcel to my holding taking advantage of the big drop in the markets yesterday.........
a pe of 8.1 and a yield of 8% when franking is taken into account is excellent value in anybody's language ...... there is room for a lot of upside in this company's performance and also its share price imo.....
