if Banducci was genuine about the WOW turnaround, he would cut his generous remuneration down from $1.7 mill. that would give everyone connected with WOW a well needed boost of confidence-workers, shareholders and shoppers alike.
that's why he is not a real leader, so Woolies will struggle for the coveted "tunaround" much longer than anticipated.
