With each report for the last
three years my confidence in the company has grown. I feel the re-rating has to some degree already begun. I wouldn't be surprised to see it trade at a PE closer to 15.
However - let's not forget some of the risks. You don't have to look too far back to see SDI battling against a strong $A and a high silver price. Sure the exposure to the silver price has reduced, however it's still substantial.
Then, probably unlikely but possible is a political implosion in Brazil.
I'm in, but it always pays to be wary.
