Negotiations in China take time but if you can reach agreement of terms on a quality project such as this there is huge leverage and time advantage in the end.
The buy depth has increased at the 1.2, I think it seems all are holding at that level so next supply at 1.4 / 1.5 should get nibbled up soon enough, especially post that conference tomorrow ?
