The TH is pending announcement on restructure of arrangements with service providers.
However a TO offer at this low SP is possible. I would say very opportunist and it would have to be above 4c for me to be interested. However many recent buyers would be well ahead at a much lower price.
I would say if a TO comes along then ignore it.
