The auditors stated there is a significant possibility that LVL will not be an ongoing concern. Conditional agreements will not add asset value and their targets are ridiculous.

income, anticipated to add a further $5m to the company's asset base and revenue well into the future, confirming the $6.5 million 2008 target
earnings guide.

Subject to due diligence, LV Living will issue 35 million shares to RPA to acquire the stake.

The agreement is conditional upon RPA successfully delivering forecast profits of the Toowoomba development as well as final DA approval on a proposed Maryborough project.

Within the next three months, after the appointment of corporate advisers, a $3m capital raising will be made and used to progress the Maryborough (and other) developments.

If the entity continues, LVL is facing dilution and a frighteningly low placement price.

Anderson-Bell also said the deal with MyMurra will not deliver completed Development Service Agreements by the deadline and the matter has now set down for arbitration for 6 December 2006.

The 20m shares held by MyMurra will be cancelled.

IMHO, it will be wound up.
