He was on the board to represent SC PE investment in the Philippines via the convertible note which hasn't exactly gone to plan.
As an aside, note that financial statements in US$ and share price is A$. All of those net asset backing and EPS reported figures need to be grossed up for FX. Makes the story even more compelling.
