Agree of course, as hardly any shares on issue (50m) and tightly held.

but $70m revenues gives them room to improve...+ the 60% payout. Based on underlying, could even hit 1.6-2c divvy. But starting to pay a divvy again tells me something about next few years in their opinion.

Not a trade, a buy and hold/collect for me, as I think the yield will go over 10% next year.

But very low EV here + low PE, around 4.5x underlying?
