I understand. The point I am making is that during the last year BFC has made many "deals" and "JV"'s but never put a dollar figure to it, what does such an arrangement mean from a financial forecast point of view?
No company will do deal without knowing the financial upside, so BFC knows this, but does not share it with the market. Therefore it is all hot air, to keep propping up the SP, or management is clueless. take your pick.
