I agree about Buckley.
I think Entrix was a big disaster too, as the gulf spill work rolled off. The earlier acquisitions were pretty good but when the pressure came on for these 100m+ deals that's when things turned to custard (around 2013).
It maybe the market only noticed the problems fully in late 2015/2016 but they were always there. I should have done more research to start with - with the 20/20 vision of hindsight it's pretty clear.
Even the bad acquisitions are worth something in my view though.
