UW received a parcel of 2920175 shares @.022 it worth $64,244. I am not sure of the conditions attached to these share as to when they can sell it in open market. If this was sold as of today it would be worth $76,589 at current bidding position. However, if there is a time limit of selling I GUESS a manipulation is going to happen. If right issue was under subscribed then there is no reason that SP can go up within 2/3 days.
