Yep, that's the key word 'perception'!
Reality is though they aren't actually a big or key player here in Melbourne at all.
The vast majority of their major projects are in QLD.
Will definately need to break the resistance at 40.5c but when it does watch out!
Will probably call the company up and get an update - will post anything of interest.
