by my rough rekoning - they would need abt 2-months opex to start Gold operations. they have the trucks, so perhaps a "precautionary" raise as you stated.
will be interesting to see what happens!
am sure people noted the PAN resources upgrade (excellent result) .....stock did nothing .........shows how much the market Doesn't give a flying ....at the minute
