WAR lithium stagnant or stimulant..???

Was out with afew choice friends last night & as I always do, I introduced new ppl to the world of lithium...One entity specified that a war between China & the U.S was imminent & that this might be a barrier to any future growth in the lithium sector, where I simply remarked "what if drones were to be fuelled by solar energy" indicating later that the batteries used in those drones would be lithium, just another addition to the lithium market...I then proceeded to stipulate that Australia's lithium market might be better suited for this exact scenario, indicating that spondume is a far quicker & more effective way of attaining the heavy metal...
Any other areas where the military uses lithium OR possibly will in the future(after-all let's not forget, the military has DEEP pockets)...????
