Probably best to go along with management announcements regarding Spherical graphite test results than speculating and guesswork - its what we can only go on in predicting timing of this announcement
If we go back to 4th August it clearly stated this......("Spherical graphite test results expected in late August 2016")
Will also depend on the company employed to test these (Dorfner Anzaplan, a global specialist in graphite testing and analysis.) and repost back their findings which Im expecting to be favourable
If delayed to early mid September then fair enough as we dont have control here so maybe partly why shareprice lower today than beginning of week when it hit 18c /18.5c briefly
I would even suggest calling the company and talk to management - thats what i do. After all its our company!
Yesterdays recent announcement re divestment was great result for shareholders as we need to focus on Graphite project - just another great decision by management and we get 40m and 7 mill parcels of shares over and above the $200,000 payment
As far as capital raising, well possibly a bit early for that round at the moment - they have over 2 million in the coffers, so fine for now and to support shareholders they should be doing the next capital raising above 20c IMO which i will be suggesting to management - the higher the better.
Now if we secure MOU or binding agreements (preferably) for off-take agreements then share price will FLY well over 20c IMO thats when we should be looking at some kind of capital raising.
This will send a positive signal to the wider investment community but for this to happen we need some price stimulus -
A company like BKT with minimal issued script ( shares ) should not be doing a capital raising at current share price levels IMO (Just my opinion ) and if they do raise at 20c minimum then they will get more of my money

Guess we all different here but im in for the long term as graphite is just getting started and those with excellent TGC grades like BKT will prosper and management need to be of a high calibre so we have the smarts in this regard
VRC i looked at this company and decided against it when price was in the teens ( glad i did) is VRC an opportunity at 6.3c ?? perhaps a trading opportunity - More comfortable with BKT at 14c and as a rule i dont tend to buy many stocks under 20c (penny stocks) unless they present something extraordinary ( enter BKT)
Perhaps BOTs pushing it down this week as someone else suggested ?? traders triggering stop losses and all of a sudden we get a nice retracement to 14c - makes my BUY at 14c / further accumulation on friday
all this said every stock has risk and the ones that come out on top usually have very strong management team working around the clock to win over shareholders and wider investment community
