    The analogy is clearly not correct, as I pointed out. If you are going to disagree, at least present some relevant argument to support your opinion.

    If you think UBER can lose $1B a year because its capitalisation is $60B then you should probably avoid investing in the share market.

    "It burns as much money as Cabcharge entire ANNUAL profit in 7 days" - that alone should tell you something, actually have a think about what you have just stated.

Thats the point, they arent even really competing, the big risk to the massively unprofitable UBER is that CAB having been largely unaffected by UBER, is now moving to competing for UBER's market with apps that allow payment at the time of booking.

    I suspect you are letting some sort of emotional bias interfere with any realistic assessment of the businesses.
