Towie and others, I appreciate your balanced thoughts and ability to take my criticism of this company as I intended and without personal attack, as such I will offer a bit more insight of my position and thoughts.
I have worked for what was one of Nylex's major distributors (garden, industrial, noise control and drainage) for many years. I started selling Nylex products 20 years ago (I think this year is 20 years). I have also worked with competitors to one line of the Nylex range, this area has sinced been sold off as it become unprofitable. The avenues for Nylex to distribute their products no longer exist in their previous forms (Nylex actually had wholesale and retail arms which they sold off to people I know extremely well), I accept that the phoenix can rise; but dont see it as a likely scenario.
I do hope that they can get it going, but I would suggest that people look at it as a trade and dont get too tied up in the company. I know and deal with Ex Nylex middle management to this day, surprisingly most of them have kept their shares. I know that most of you commenting are experienced investors/ traders and will make money out of it, I have no problems with this. All the best.
