Don't worry about it. If it goes to $21, buy some more and average down your purchase price.
You're getting a reasonable divvy (assume $0.33 x 2 = $0.66/year = 2.6% yield @ $25/share) - that's more or less equal to inflation, so you aren't loosing money by waiting.
In time I think WOW will come back strong - will take a couple years, so relax and enjoy the ride!
