I seriously believe that the shareholders 3 months ago would have been better to get the administrators in.

instead they voted them the ability to do this.

The ownership of this company has been shifted into new hands.
It will clear its debt at the expense of old holders.

If it gets through the 10 milion worth of notes next year it will need to consolidate the shares. Any sooner would be bad.

That might be the time to look, but only if they can run the assett properly and be ready to roll straight into the next pit.
