Wow. It looks like all that capex over the last several years (perhaps helped by some synergies with Actrol) are starting to bear fruit. When I started purchasing REH, in October 2015, my thesis was that the equity base of the business was still under-utilised (thanks in large part to the musings of @madamswer). My fear, however, was that there was a risk that a structural change was occurring, resulting in a lower ROE as the new normal.
