And thats where you'll get your jump. Most of the 18c-22c has had my theory built in. If it is what you're saying or better it will probably jump a bit, and then run up as people want to take a risk on it hoping new management will do the right thing.
Im personally not interested, but thats not to say it isnt a punt worth taking.
Will pay off very well if they can get it right!
