The late accounts are a concern. Could be a simple thing only but it also could be a bit of a worry.

Perhaps fair enough not to compare to ARI or DSH, my mind was just speculating as too why the accounts are late.

But looking at the sector now, it's an oversimplification, but worth noting, that the market cap of Tidewater, the worlds largest OSV company, is currently less than half what MRM brought Jaya for... It's not fair to blame management of MRM for it all but it's a pretty interesting place to find oneself !
