    I wouldnt say the PBL board is unqualified and hardly all yes men... well, apart from Eddie.

    You have a bunch of smart men on the board. Corrigan & Mackay the most notable in investment banking experience and well suited to give advice on selling and dealing with private equity firms/hawks.
    I think James knows what hes doing and this will be a success.
