Whilst a well managed company AMA is rather poor when it comes to shareholder communication.
ASX Listing Rules require the results to be announced no later than 31 August. In previous years the results have been announced between 28-31 August. I'm guessing they will be out early next week.
I really hope they provide some meaningful information in the results presentation about:
* pro-forma performance assuming Gemini was acquired on 1/7/15 (so no earnings 'free-kicks' in 1H17 given Gemini was acquired Sep 15)
* details on organic growth v acquisitive growth
rather than simply present raw financial data and pat themselves on the back for growth which may well have all come from nothing other than making acquisitions.
