I was particularly impressed by the capital raise from shareholders using options. The Company even accepted oversubscriptions. If you are worried about dilution, you could have managed the issue with purchase of options in the issue. This was clearly an attempt by the Company to give something to shareholders who believed in the Company. It must have been highly dilutive to the CEO who holds options at a much higher strike price. I believe that they have done the best they could by stakeholders. All the best to long term holders.
