Dove into this at low 50's as well after stopping for a chat with a sales rep at an estate, spoke of how busy they were and were going to be for some time yet. Glad to have turned left not right that day, LOL.. Some homework after that, and here we are taday. Must admit I had fingers crossed for the DRP to return.
Still a nice div. 40% cap return + (3.5 x a lot) = an awful lot.. THX AVJ...
SP has had a great run, but with .72 as it's 3 yr high, might have a rest shortly. Plus the div hunters who may keep it low 70's for a while.. Just my guess anyway..
