The Chart shape looks like it could take a burst to $10 or $12-

Alot of downside was priced into the slide until March,

But now who knows what the true projections are for oil.

We do know that drilling oil for wells is usually running a well empty alot quicker than previous years.

But on the other hand, the tech for drilling wells has improved.

The main mover would be how efficient is the shale oil industry as far as producing smaller volumes to fill short term market supply.

My assumption would be that shale oil would only be viable in large quantities of scale.

So even a push to 80 dollar oil may not be enough to entice large scale Shale oil refineries to hook in.

Id say before shale oil takes hold, we would need some supply shortfalls, even if 100 dollar oil comes around.

Because all the shale in the USA can do is threaten to start up, just to keep a lid on the oil price.

But that lid could be 100 bucks, Because its alot easier to dill oil in the sea and fill a ship than it is to freight shale over land to a refinery.

There could be some upside brewing on WOR based on the chart shape,

We may find out why WOR got to 12- dollars after it gets there, Hope so
