not likely, shake out has been happening for a while and was failing to be pushed down, has now finally broken 1.9 and 1.8 which was the target. Trading last few weeks has been strong and on large volume, this is a small shakeout, if you're watching the trades live each day you can tell and see the pattern trends.
Most of the big lithium players are down today as well
