Yes, sold on 06-June-2016 and "sold" to a director of the company (ICBC C.) that was to arrange the original finance for the 5 farms. That company (ICBC .C) is being wound up and a director of ICBC Capital ends up with it????? How and why was it sold to Dimitrios?

The press article in The Weekly Times states who the lamb business was sold to.

"Quote - “Envy Lamb, which was not placed in receivership, was sold to Dimitrios (James) Podaridis, of Templestowe, on June 6 this year.
Mr Podaridis is a director of ICBC Capital Pty Ltd, a venture capital company.”"

No disclosure? No nothing, it seems lots of things are NQR in AYB land.

Maybe The Monitor could come onto HC and clarify?
