Don't recall this project ever being mentioned but I'm liking the location. It is a busy highway but i think it does cater to a big mix of commercial, dining and shopping (nearby garden city) options. Not to mention it's within walking distance of the train station from the looks of it.
There's been alot of new pipeline projects. Am intrigued if all these get off the ground surely the company will be more at least a $1?
