    I am currently working in IT ( mining before that ) - the sleeper here is the IT transformation. Apparently it went through smoothly and will drive cost savings etc and will free up staff to expand and grow the Business. IT transformations can go one of two ways - I am glad that it went through well and will now contribute to growth .
    Agree with travel - the syrup is a bit too sweet...
