But IMHO it was to be expected. MB did not want to take the risk of taking the Govt to Court, and will wait to see if the company wins the case against them, and then join the queue to lodge their claim. No risks at all for them.
Perhaps the loss against ANZ not so long ago by some of these ambulance chasers, has poured some cold water on their tails.
